Gmail content use

COCapture reads visible Gmail inbox rows and open Gmail thread content. It uses this data only to detect possible change-order language, prepare user-reviewed replies, and track captured change-order items. It does not send emails automatically.

Chrome Web Store disclosure

COCapture uses Gmail page content only to provide its core feature: identifying possible change-order requests, preparing user-reviewed replies, and tracking captured approval items. COCapture does not use Gmail content for advertising, does not sell user data, and does not send emails automatically.

• Captured change-order drafts.
• Approval status.
• Reply-preparation timestamps.
• Account and subscription status.

Service providers

• Supabase is used for authentication and cloud draft storage.
• Stripe is used for billing.
• COCapture does not store credit card numbers.

Data sale

COCapture does not sell user data.
