***UTILITY - DOMINION*** MUSC-CCH RUTLEDGE TOWER Install approximately 80 linear feet of concrete encased electric duct bank via open trench parallel to Ashley Ave on the east side in the right of way. Perform an approximate 120ft bore parallel to Ashley Ave and install 380 linear ft of concrete encased electric duct bank on private property on the east side. Install approximately 50 linear feet of concrete encased electric duct bank perpendicular to Ashley Ave crossing via open trench. Install an approximate 60 linear feet concrete encased electric duct bank perpendicular to Ashley Ave via open trench. Install approximately 350 linear feet of concrete encased electric duct bank parallel to Calhoun St on private property on the north side. install approximately 120 linear feet of concrete encased electric duct bank parallel to Calhoun St on the north side in the right of way. Perform an approximate 550 linear feet bore parallel to Rutledge Ave on private property on the west side. Work to also include the installation of two (2) Dominion Transformers, five (5) Dominion switch gear, two (2) Dominion electric manholes, and multiple handholes around the perimeter of Rutledge Tower on both sides of Ashley Ave and west side of Rutledge Ave. Various communication conduit/handholes to also be installed around the perimeter of Rutledge Tower. All work to be performed in accordance with Dominion drawing, D-086406.
